Shipping
At Pro-Tides, we offer free USPS Priority shipping on all U.S. orders over $200.
All free shipping promotions apply to U.S. addresses only unless otherwise stated.
Orders placed before 1 PM PST, Monday–Friday, qualify for same business day shipping. Orders submitted after 1 PM PST, on weekends, or during holidays will be processed and shipped on the next business day.
We also offer USPS Priority Express (overnight) shipping options. Additional carriers, including FedEx, may be added in the future.
Once your order has shipped, you will automatically receive a “Package Shipped” email containing your tracking information.

Returns & Refunds
If your order has not yet shipped, you may request a cancellation by contacting us at info@pro-tides.com for a refund.
Refund requests may be submitted within 30 days of the original order date.
Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds typically appear in your account within 2–3 business days, depending on your financial institution.
